Many activities this week!!!

I've been working a lot with different toppics these last days, mainly with activities where the GLO is involved.

We had the first official GLO meeting of the year yesterday, my friend Izto spoken about the SSH propieties, in case you are interesting, the slides just clik on this link: http://izto.org/platicas/.

After that we went to take a couple of coffe cups at Cafe CHAI, I am a big fan of this place, they have very good broadband to conect us to the internet :).
So we could work while we are talking, and I finished the Proyectos GLO web page.

Also I have been working on the Yacomas project home page, we need to fix some things and modify others to make more flexible, but it is a lot of work for me only, so whit this move I'm looking for volunteers to join the project. We want to use for the 4to Festival GNU/Linux y Software Libre at Puerto Vallarta. ;-)

See you latter geeks :-)

PD. Damog I finished my presentation for the CONSOL I'll send it this week :-)

A busy week :)

This has been one of the most busy weeks I ever had. And that is because I leave lot of work for latter.

My friend don asked me to install and configure a server for his Tren ligero real time project which is working with the Mod bus protocol and it is running with linux embedded. He showed to me, and I'll tell you, it is awsome even better it will be released with MIT licence.

Besides I got an email from the CONSOL conference at Mexico city telling me that one of my propossals has been accepted :). Here is the link: El rumbo de la tecnologia en Mexico: Las universidades o las empresas ?.

Also I found a bug at my blog software, for some reason it didn't realize that 2005/01/18 was more recent than 2004/12/22, but that's the beauty of GPL, I found the bug and it is fixed :).

By the way, I have added a contact link at my web page in case somebody try to reach me.

New year, new activities

This year has lot of new activities to do, first of all, I have to finish my social service at CCIP. Also, as the president of GLO I have lot of new duties. Redimido and I were planning the new activity calendar of GLO, and started to organize the new projects at GLO, starting with a GLO counter project (like the linux counter site, expecting to promote more active members at GLO, this project will be ready very soon, I have working on it almost 3 weeks. We have two more projects, but we'll talk about them after.

I have good news about the 4to. Festival GNU/Linux y Software Libre, this will be at Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco on September 28th to 30th 2005, and we are already working on it.

See you tomorrow geeks :)
