Al parecer mi cuerpo no esta hecho para correr, :(.

Despues de haber disfrutado por mucho correr, sentir la adrenalina y sentirme vivo al correr ultimamente 5km diarios en 30mins y sudar a lo pendejo.. me he lastimado un poco mas mi jodida pierna :(

Estoy en el beer saloon echandome unas chelas, y unos cigarros a la salud de que ya no podre correr como antes pensaba.

Debido a una limitacion fisica que los que me conocen ya han de saber y despues de haber visitado al ortopedista, por preescripcion medica ya dejare de correr :'(.

Tendre que conformarme con el spinning y posiblemente muy posiblemente me meta a natacion en vez de correr :'(.

Realmente empezaba a disfrutar las endorfinas producidas por el correr/caminar.. Pero al parecer yo no estoy hecho para eso...


Dejo de correr con mucho pesar y esperando que la natacion llene el vacio de correr :(.... Si usted lector tiene sus 2 piernas completamente bien, iguales y del mismo tama~no.... y aun no disfruta del correr/trotar..

No mameeeeee!!! deberia de hacerlo, hay mucha gent que queremos hacerlo y no podemos, si yo pudiera le cambiaria ahorita mismo a ud sus 2 piernas por las mias :(...


Bueno esto solo fue un post para liberar mi frustracion...

UPDATE:

Hoy es otro dia amaneci con mucho optimismo, todas las personas tenemos defectos y limitaciones en mayor o menor medida, fisicos o mentales o de cualquier idole y tenemos que sobrellevarlos y es solo un reto mas...
Comenzare por seguir con el spinning como he venido haciendo y cambiare el correr por la eliptica, y tal vez la proxima semana no se, tal vez ya comienze a ir a natacion :-)

Este blog no es para postear cosas personales, sino de tecnologia en general.

Sin embargo no puedo dejar de escribir este post y poner esta foto, relativo a mi vida personal :-)


Basicamente he bajado ya hasta ahorita 17 kilos :-) Y estoy muy contento me he adaptado y puedo decir que he hecho del ejercicio un habito :). Todos los dias corro aprox 4kms y hago 1hr de spinning. y los domingos voy a colomos a correr la via de 5kms. (Esta foto la tome precisamente despues de correr los 5kms en colomos). Y ademas hace 10 dias participe en mi primer carrera de 8kms. y de la cual guardo mi medalla de participante :-) Me siento muy bien y motivado.

La verdad ha valido la pena el esfuerzo. He mejorado mucho mi alimentacion, deje de fumar y tambien le baje mucho a la chela :P.

I am happy to come back to Mx. The reason of what I am here is simple: training, and meet in person to all my coworkers at Novell. And take some personal improvements.

This trip was quite moved, only two weeks but two very hard working weeks, first going to Santa Cruz, Ca, for a week where most the engineering guys of my team are, Chip Hoffman, Dan Miller (from Provo) and Me (from Mx) go to Santa Cruz to have a week of training.





There I have a weekend wich was quite interesting, I was able to see snowing for the first time, wich was awesome and because I arrive before the snow start I was able to see before and after snow which is awesome.



And since Mauro, was still living at Provo, he take to nice places where I fail avoiding to buy like a crazy, at the end I have bought 4 O'Reilly books, an Ipod and some other gifts to my relatives and girlfriend. :)

Thanks to Mauro, you make me a buy by compulsion guy :-)



To meet co-workers in person and get along together and mostly be able to put faces on the voices, and ask questions and see what is going on from fist hand is invaluable.

Then, we (Chip, Dan and Me) took a fligth to Provo, my manager want me to go to Novell HQ Offices, to spend a week here to attend meetings, working from main offices, and also put faces to the voices of some others co-workers, managers etc. (meet people).

It looks like I have much to do after going back to Mx, lot of hard work and improvements due I have learn a lot more being at Novell Offices working hand to hand with my co-workers.

Was good to be here.

Hay nueva administracion y sangre nueva que estara llevando el proximo 6to. Festival GNU/Linux y Software Libre, hay nueva url: http://fsl.udg.mx y el call for papers es hasta el 29 de Septiembre.
El 6to. FSL sera del 8 al 10 de Noviembre de 2007 en Puerto Vallarta Jalisco.

This beauty has linux embedded & is debian based. The code is opensource and has a huge community (lots of docs) and is very hackeable. An ideal toy for geeks :-).
